If the order is placed before 12 noon, the flowers can be delivered same day. (except Sunday)

If the intended recipient isn’t there to receive their bouquet, then we will do our best to ensure they are left with neighbours or in a safe place. You can leave any specific instructions for this during the checkout process, along with a contact number for the recipient.

Yes. The recipient only sees the text written on the card. Not your name or address. Your personal data will never be exposed, also not to the recipient.

Orders to companies will be delivered during office hours. If your order has to be delivered before a certain time you can put this in “special remarks”. Our florist will try to deliver it on the requested time but we cannot give any guarantee. If you want to be sure for 100% that your orders will be delivered a certain time, you need to contact the customer service by phone. Funeral flowers always will be delivered at the requested time. If, for some reason, it is not possible to deliver on time, we will contact you immediately.

You pay one delivery fee per address, regardless the number of bouquets ordered.

Yes, but give us as much information as possible, like department, room number, name etc. Also a mobile number of the recipient can be very helpful to get the flowers at the right place.

For funerals of it is very important that the flowers are delivered at the correct address at the correct time. Please give us as much as information as you can about the funeral center, the name of the deceased and the correct date and time of the funeral etc.
